Sarahan : Sarahan is a small village in Himachal Pradesh of India. It is the site of the Bhimakali Temple, originally known as Bhimadevi Temple, dedicated to the mother goddess Bhimakali, presiding deity of the rulers of the former Bushahr State.

Sangla : Sangla is a town in the Baspa Valley, also referred to as the Sangla valley, in the Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh, India, close to the Tibetan border.

Kalpa : Kalpa is a small town in the Sutlej river valley, above Recong Peo in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, Northern India, in the Indian Himalaya. Inhabited by Kinnauri people and famous for its apple orchards. Apples are a major cash-crop for the region.

Manali : Manali is a high-altitude Himalayan resort town in India’s northern Himachal Pradesh state. It has a reputation as a backpacking center and honeymoon destination. Set on the Beas River, it’s a gateway for skiing in the Solang Valley and trekking in Parvati Valley. It’s also a jumping-off point for paragliding, rafting and mountaineering in the Pir Panjal mountains, home to 4,000m-high Rohtang Pass.

DAY 1

Delhi to Shimla

On arrival at Delhi Airport/Railway Station and you will be met, assisted and drive to Shimla. Shimla was the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains. It offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas.

DAY 2

Shimla – Kufri – Shimla Local Sightseeing Shimla

This day after breakfast proceeds for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India’s one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town THE MALL & THE RIDGE This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla’s landmarks the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo Tudor library building are worth seeing. Overnight stay at Shimla. DAY 3

Shimla “ Sarahan 2,150 metres / 7,055 feet, (170 kms 9-10 hrs)

After breakfast at hotel we will set off at around 9:00A.M. Today it is a drive of 9-10 hrs, driving through the beautiful villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, Narkanda and Rampur. En route we will have many comfort breaks and will visit the Apple orchards and Hattu peak (3,400 metres/ 11,154 feet) at Narkanda, from where you can have a spectacular view of the mighty Central Himalayas and will also visit the traditional wodden carved temple of Godess Kali on the top. We will also stop by a small lake on the way to Hattu Peak. Later on we continue our drive to Sarahan via Rampur and enroute we will stop for lunch break and various picture breaks and comfort breaks.Sarahan – the tiny village offers the splendid views of Shrikhanda Mahadev Peak (5,155 metres). The major attraction in Sarahan is centuries-old Hindu temple of Godess Bhimakali. Steeped in legend, the temple complex is a resplendent example of hill architecture. Sarahan is also the gateway to Kinnaur valley.

DAY 4

Sarahan “ Sangla 2,680 metres / 8,792 feet, (90 kms / 4-5 hrs)

After breakfast at your hotel, we will visit the famous temple of Bhimakali at Sarahan. This is the same temple in which human sacrifices were made about two centuries ago. After visiting the temple we will continue driving to Sangla (4-5 hrs) where you will check in at your hotel or could also choose to stay in fixed luxury tented accommodation. After lunch you will be taken on a walk through Kamru and Sangla villages ( 1-2 hrs) and we will visit the beautifully carved old temples and Buddhist monasteries. You will have plenty of opportunity to speak to the local people in these valleys. The Sangla valley is also known as the Baspa Sangla valley, after river Baspa which flows through the valley and it is the part of Kinnaur valley. Overnight in luxury tented accommodation / hotel in Kinner in Sangla.

DAY 5

Sangla to Chitkul 3,450 metres / 11,318 feet and back to Sangla

(A day to have short comfortable walks around the area). This morning after breakfast we will be driving you to Chitkul ( 20 kms, total 1 hrs, each side “ 3,450 metres / 11,318 feet.) which is the last village on Indian side on the Indo “Tibetan border. The village of Chitkul is like something from a fairy tale, and you will have a chance to walk slowly around it. The landscapes are stunning, and you will have plenty of time to enjoy them and talk to the local people. We will return to Sangla for lunch in the local restaurants and later the rest of the day is free to relax in the mountain landscape or if you like you can walk to another nearby villages or nature walk. We will have this second night at the same hotel / luxury tented accommodation at Sangla.

DAY 6

Sangla to Kalpa 2,758 metres / 9,048 feet (40 kms/ 2-3 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel you will be driven to Kalpa village (2-3 hrs.) Enroute we will stop at Recongpeo and will have a walk around the local market. Recongpeo is the district headquarters of Kinnaur district. We will have lunch in a local restaurant where you have a choice to enjoy Indian or Tibetian food. After lunch we will drive to kalpa ( 7 kms), you will check in to your hotel. After some rest you may wish to take a walk to Kalpa village and the nearby Roghi village. These villages are covered with thick pine forests and are famous for apricots and apples. The finest view of the Mt. Kinner Kailash Mountain (6000 metres) can be had from here. This is a spectacular sight early in the morning as the rising sun touches the snowy peaks with crimson and gold light.

DAY 7

Kalpa Sightseeing

This morning after breakfast we will be driving you to kalpa sightseeing. Visit Reckong Pio, Kalpa Monastery, Chandika Devi Temple, Khawangi Mandir, Kalpa Fort. After full day sightseeing of Kalpa. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in kalpa.

DAY 8

Kalpa To Rampur

Today morning after breakfast checkout from hotel and drive back towards Rampur. Check in Hotel and dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Rampur.

DAY 9

Rampur to Manali

Today morning drive towards manali via Jalori pass. Manali for a number of reasons, but all of them revolve around the landscape. Whether looking for an active or sedentary time up here at the storied hill station, Manali provides a backdrop to admire from afar, or run head-first into and explore. The surrounding snowy peaks, the cool mountain air, and the scenery of the green river valley bring families and young couples looking to relax, as well as outdoor thrill-seekers looking to trek, bike, canyon, raft, and ski. DAY 10

Manali- Rohtang – Manali Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy excursion to Rohtang Pass. Explore the most famous appeals of Manali including Gulaba, Kothi Gorge, Marhi and Rohtang Pass. After half day sightseeing of Rohtang back to visit local sightseeing of Manali HADIMBA TEMPLE Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway . CLUB HOUSE The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day. After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Chandigarh. Today singhtseeing of Manikaran here you will visit Manikaran ji Gurudwara, Shiva Temple and Hot Springs at Manikaran. then drive towards Chandigarh on the way visit Kullu Valley, Kullu Shawl Factories, Kullu River Rafting Point, Hanogi Devi Temple, Mini Vaishno Devi Temple, Sundernagar lake, Mandi, Pandoh Dam And in evenimng drive towards Manali.

DAY 12

Chandigarh to Delhi

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Delhi. Arrive at Delhi and you are drop at Railway Station/Airport. Here your tour ends but the sweet memories will remains same…..:)
